The National Archery In Schools Program (NASP) Tournament
The National Archery In Schools Program (NASP) tournament was held in Montana, attracting more than 200 elementary, middle, and high schools from across the state.
The tournament was held at the archery range in the town of Oakdale, which is located in the county of Somerset, England. The competitors were divided into teams of four, with each team consisting of two archers and two non-archers.
Benefits of Archery for Students
Archery is often viewed as a sport, but it offers numerous benefits for students beyond the physical aspect. NASP’s in-school archery curriculum provides a safe and controlled environment for students to develop their skills, focus, and discipline. • Improved focus and concentration*
By participating in archery, students can develop these skills in a fun and engaging way. The NASP curriculum is designed to be adaptable to different age groups and skill levels, making it accessible to students of all abilities.
Archery also has a positive impact on students’ emotional development.
